# Accept a terms document for the current organization

> Records that the signed-in member accepted the current version of the Order Form on behalf of their organization: the signer's name, role and the legal entity they bind, the exact text they saw and its hash, the acceptance wording, and the address and browser the click came from. The signer is emailed the agreement as a PDF. Dashboard sessions only. Accepting the same version again returns the existing acceptance.
